2/08 "Pre conception" visit with GYN
5/08 Another visit with GYN re: mid cycle bleeding
5/08 u/s discovers small fibroid. Dr. says it has no effect on fertility.
7/08 at yearly exam, GYN refers to RE
7/08-9/08 weekly acupuncture
8/08 first RE appointment, set up fun tests
9/08 HSG, Endometrial biopsy, SA, blood tests- all "normal" Dx: Unexplained infertility.
11/08 IUI #1 w/C.lomid
12/08 Beta #1- Negative
12/08 No IUI due to holidays, still Rx C.lomid
1/09 Beta #2- Negative
1/09 IUI #2 w/C.lomid
2/09 Beta #3- Negative
2/09 On vacation during ovulation, so taking a break from meds and ART for a month
2/09-4/09 weekly acupuncture again
3/09 IUI #3, this time with B.ravelle
4/09 Beta #4- Negative
4/09 SA #2 + SD.FA
4/09 IUI #4 with more B.ravelle
5/09 Beta #5- Negative
6/09 IVF #1 w/B.ravelle and Meno.pur
--17 eggs retrieved, 0 fertilized. Rescue ICSI, 5 fertilized, 2 transferred, 0 frozen.
6/09 Beta #6- HCG=5.6 - chemical pregnancy
8/09 IVF #2 w/B.ravelle and Meno.pur
--20 eggs retrieved, 15 fertilized using ICSI, 2 transferred, 9 frozen.
8/20/09 Beta #7- Positive! HCG=168
8/23/09 Beta #7b- HCG=526
9/4/09 6w1d u/s- sac and yolk sac measuring 6w1d, no h/b yet
9/10/09 7w u/s- measures 7w, h/b 121. Released to OB
9/21/09 8w4d- 1st OB appt. measures 8w, no heartbeat
9/22/09 D&C
10/09 all chromosomal tests of the fetus come back clear
10/22/09 followup appt with RE
11/09 Scheduled for bloodwork and tests
-sonohystogram clear
-my bloodwork normal
-III's bloodwork reveals an inversion in chromosome 2
12/09 Meet with genetic counselor
1/09 Dr. Z plans for a fresh cycle with PGD, insurance requires we use our frozen embryos first.
2/09 FET w/PGD on frozen embryos. 5 survive, 2 abnormal, 3 blasts transferred
2/09 Beta #8- HCG=11.6 (14dp5dt)- chemical pregnancy #2
3/10 IVF #3 w/B.ravelle and Meno.pur
--26 eggs retrieved, 23 fertilized using ICSI & PGD, 20 tested, 6 normal, 3 transferred, 1 frozen
4/12/10 Beta #9- Positive! HCG=409!!!

4/28/10 6w3d u/s because of bleeding- dx with a hematoma. 2 sacs, 2 heartbeats
5/3/10 7w1d u/s- One measured 6w3d, the other 6w0d. One had no heartbeat. The other had a heartbeat of 84.
5/6/10 7w4d u/s- remaining embryo measures 6w4d with heartbeat of 82
5/13/10 8w4d u/s- no heartbeat
5/14/10 D&E
8/5/10 Laparoscopic myomectomy to removed fibroid
12/10 IVF #4 w/B.ravelle and Meno.pur
