I hear you. This will be the first Christmas without my B dog. I really, really, really miss him. IVF failures plus dogs dying equals major heartbreak.
I completely agree! I can't even explain the joy that my little buddy brings to me each and every day, not to mention how much of a comfort he's been to me throughout this whole harrowing ordeal. It makes me feel so much better when he's there.
Sorry again for your loss. I know all too well how hard it is to lose one of your closest companions. They're such a huge part of your life!
I just finished the most amazing book written from a dog's perspective...I laughed, I cried, and I believe you MUST read it! It's called "The Art of Racing in the Rain."
I think it might provide some comfort for you about your sweet B-dog.
